What you'll do

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• maintain standards for cocktails, garnishes, pours, cleanliness, stocking, batching, and storage
• assist with beverage training and developing aspiring bartenders
• support training programs
• assist management with guest questions and complaints
• communicate staffing, maintenance, and service issues
• provide feedback on staffing needs
• attend candidate stages as needed.
