Leasing Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as a first contact for prospects, residents, and guests
• conduct tours and close leases
• manage applications, verifications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs
• follow up using CRM tools
• coordinate service requests with maintenance
• keep models and vacant units market-ready
• complete paperwork and reports
• assist with events and marketing
• and follow Fair Housing and ADA requirements.
