MRI Technologist PRN, onsite, in Arlington, TX. Compensation is not specified. This role supports Medical City Arlington. This position works in conjunction with the Chief MRI Tech, Imaging Manager, Director and Medical Staff to improve the patient and work flow via providing support, education and leadership to the technical staff. The purpose of this role is to perform MRI procedures as outlined by the State of Texas and departmental protocols.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the customer needs of the MRI area of the Imaging Department.
• Demonstrates knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment and policies - Hospital and Department - that are necessary for job performance, which include but are not limited to neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic and cardiac services.
• Collaborates with other department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.
• Maintains and achieves daily productivity and quality assurance standards set by management.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Authorized to access secure drug and biological storage areas when completing a medication management orientation and when necessary to perform, the assigned duties.
