Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Own delivery of engineering initiatives
• translate business objectives into plans and milestones
• contribute to architecture, design, implementation, code reviews, debugging, and production support
• build scalable services
• recruit, onboard, and mentor engineers
• improve engineering standards, planning, testing, reliability, and release processes
• communicate risks and trade-offs
• and partner on roadmaps, resource allocation, and team goals.
