The role oversees program operations, staff, activities, licensing and compliance, and relationships with schools, families, and community partners, supporting students’ educational success and well-being.

What you'll do

• Manage afterschool operations and the summer program if determined
• plan lessons, activities, and supplies
• hire, train, coach, and manage staff
• maintain attendance and student files
• administer medication as necessary
• conduct fire drills and shelter-in-place drills
• maintain licensing records and participate in monitoring visits
• build relationships with school staff, parents, vendors, volunteers, and community partners
• manage program spending within standard allotments.
