The role exists to oversee construction projects from bidding to final hand-off. The manager acts as the owner's representative on-site, driving cost, schedule, and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of resilient data center facilities.

What you'll do

• Manage construction project scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding and execution.
• Conduct constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical designs.
• Ensure quality control and report key metrics to management.
