The HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development role is onsite in Mocksville, NC; compensation is not specified. The role supports SBA Home North Carolina, SBA Group’s first U.S. production facility, a furniture manufacturing operation that began operations in late 2025. The HR Generalist helps the facility build and support its workforce through recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, learning and development, and HR process improvement. HR metrics and talent planning support staffing, employee growth, and organizational decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead and improve full-cycle recruitment
• develop sourcing channels and workforce plans
• ensure employment-law and policy compliance
• provide backup payroll support when the HR Manager is absent
• conduct employee case investigations and disciplinary actions
• standardize and digitize HR processes and maintain ADP records
• support performance, change, and culture initiatives
• design and coordinate learning programs
• maintain competency and talent maps
• support the ADP learning module
• analyze HR metrics and KPIs.
