What you'll do

• Manage apartment community operations and performance
• market and lease apartments in compliance with Fair Housing laws
• pre-lease units and maintain a prospective-resident waitlist
• screen applicants
• build resident relationships
• collect payments
• maintain OneSite records and resident files
• oversee unit preparation and maintenance
• supervise maintenance staff
• manage vendors, supplies, and expenses
• monitor leasing, occupancy, renewals, collections, and performance
• report updates and strategies to the Regional Director
• respond to resident concerns and enforce community policies.
