What you'll do

• Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and handyman services
• complete painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and facility improvement projects
• perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• maintain doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and hardware
• maintain grounds and parking areas
• move furniture and equipment
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• operate a passenger shuttle van as needed
• maintain tools, supplies, and records
• identify and address maintenance issues safely.

Why this role
