What you'll do

• Inspect conventional and alternative onsite sewage systems
• maintain treatment units, pumps, controls, and dispersal systems
• troubleshoot alarms, equipment failures, and operational issues
• conduct field testing and collect water and wastewater samples as required
• complete field reports and compliance documentation
• maintain compliance with Virginia Department of Health requirements
• communicate findings and recommendations
• safely operate company vehicles and field equipment
• participate in emergency service and on-call rotations as assigned.
