Material Handler / Packer

Job overview

The Material Handler / Packer role is onsite in Weston, MO, working 7 p.m.–7 a.m. on rotating 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holidays. Compensation is not specified. MGP Ingredients supplies distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions. The role supports plant production and shipping by operating packaging and material-handling equipment, stacking and packaging finished products, and loading and unloading trucks. It also contributes to quality and orderly operations through required paperwork, computer data entry, and keeping the work area clean.

What you'll do

• Operate palletizing and packaging line systems, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment
• stack products, load and unload trucks, and package finished products for shipment
• complete quality assurance paperwork and required computer data entry
• keep the work area clean
• follow written and verbal instructions and work with the team to maintain shift operations.
