Account Executive

What you'll do

• Process customer orders, quotes, and sample requests
• learn and source trending products
• respond to customer inquiries with recommendations
• maintain customer relationships
• educate customers about products and suppliers
• identify opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction
• coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, production, and accounting
• make outbound calls to potential clients and schedule follow-up meetings.
