What you'll do

• Interpret between non-English-speaking patients and medical staff
• translate medical information and written materials
• maintain confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
• assist with appointment reminders and follow-ups
• greet and check in patients
• schedule appointments
• verify insurance and collect copays
• answer and direct calls
• provide clinic information and administrative support.
