What you'll do
- Maintain salary structures, job levels, compensation bands, and scoring framework
- conduct market pricing
- lead annual compensation-cycle modeling
- manage exception governance
- support executive and Board benchmarking and committee materials
- coordinate equity grants and modeling
- conduct pay-equity analyses
- monitor pay-transparency requirements
- support classification reviews and compensation controls
- partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, and HR.
