Methods Machine Tools’ production team assembles high-precision mechanical and electrical components used in CNC milling and turning machines. The assembler builds and tests mechanical and electrical machine components, following schematics, work instructions, and quality requirements to ensure accurate, functional assemblies.

What you'll do

• Assemble mechanical subcomponents and systems
• align and fit bearings, ball screws, spindles, and other precision components
• use hand and power tools to meet specifications
• perform functional tests
• install and route wiring harnesses, control panels, terminal blocks, and enclosures
• connect and terminate wiring
• perform continuity and insulation-resistance checks
• read blueprints and schematics
• inspect assemblies and maintain work records
• follow safety procedures.
