What you'll do

  • Supervise assigned clinicians and Qualified Mental Health Associates
  • monitor clinical quality, evidence-based practices, documentation, and regulatory and contractual compliance
  • recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff
  • maintain a caseload and provide individual, group, and family counseling
  • conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • coordinate with agencies, prescribers, and community partners
  • participate in the on-call rotation at Lakeview Heights and may be asked to join crisis-services on-call rotation
  • transport clients as needed.

Why this role

A $5,500 hiring bonus is available until 10/31/26. Clinical Supervisor I requires a relevant master’s degree and two years of post-graduate clinical experience; Clinical Supervisor II requires an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license and five years of clinical experience.
