Galavan Driver — Part Time

Job overview

The Galavan Driver role is onsite in Bozeman, MT, for 15–20 hours per week, mostly on day shifts; some evening and weekend availability is a plus. Compensation is $24.00 per hour. HRDC’s Galavan service provides transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities. The driver transports riders safely and assists them as needed, including securing mobility devices and operating wheelchair lifts. The role also includes vehicle inspections and upkeep, rider and donation counts, mileage records, and respectful communication with passengers and program partners.

What you'll do

• Pick up and deliver riders according to dispatcher instructions
• assist riders boarding and exiting
• secure passengers and mobility devices
• operate wheelchair lifts, radios, vans, and paratransit buses
• report incidents
• inspect, clean, fuel, and monitor vehicles
• maintain rider, donation, and mileage records.

Why this role
