What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• support care-plan development and participate in care conferences
• make daily rounds and monitor resident care and staff practices
• document nursing care and complete assessments and admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and families
• coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic services
• maintain incident reports and required records.
