What you'll do

• Own global cash forecasting for properties, funds, and corporate entities
• direct corporate and property budgeting and actual-to-plan variance analysis
• analyze cash needs and optimize deposit-interest strategies
• plan use of financial levers to support low-cost capital
• analyze fund reserves and recommend distributions following property capital events.
