What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and mentor Child Development Specialists
• recommend instructional materials, teaching methods, and equipment
• work with a team to plan and implement a comprehensive child development program
• monitor and provide technical assistance to specialists supporting child care partners
• support ongoing assessment, curriculum development, and school readiness goals.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, social work, human development, or a related field; three or more years working with families; two or more years in a state-funded child care, Head Start, or Early Head Start management or coordination role; and a California Program Supervisor Permit or eligibility to obtain one.
