What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team
• collaborate with marketing on website and advertising updates
• oversee vehicle merchandising, lot organization, and pricing
• ensure sales paperwork is complete, compliant, and clearly explained
• present financing, insurance, and protection products
• appraise trade-ins and support deal closing
• conduct sales meetings and training.
