What you'll do

• Assist customers with product, membership, and special ticket sales questions
• maintain visual standards with store management, merchandising, and sales leads
• participate in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI goods and services
• support store pickup by receiving and processing products
• follow loss-prevention and safety procedures
• work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
