The Machine Operator role is onsite in Bryan, OH, on the weekend shift from Friday through Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Starting pay is $20 per hour plus a $3-per-hour weekend shift premium. Altenloh, Brinck & Co. manufactures engineered fasteners for construction and commercial roofing markets. The operator runs assigned production equipment, performs quality checks, and troubleshoots stoppages within their skill level. The role supports consistent production and product quality through machine upkeep, accurate production records, material handling, and communication across shifts.

What you'll do

• Operate machines and run assigned production
• perform dimensional batch checks and documented SPC checks
• record labor and quantities in the ERP system
• complete shift requirements and communication logs
• handle materials
• perform basic diagnostics and repairs
• maintain work areas and machine components
• replace worn tooling
• complete required first-piece checks.
