Working with cooks and opening managers, the Prep Cook completes assigned opening, ongoing, and closing duties and helps maintain an organized, safe station.

What you'll do

• Prepare food items for meal periods and upcoming service
• follow recipes and company standards
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the station and service areas
• alert the Chef or Sous Chef to food deficiencies and notify management of relevant shift information.
