Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Med Cert 3 Required

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• administer and manage medications in accordance with Med Cert 3 authorization and care plans
• support mobility, companionship, and client safety
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• monitor and report changes in condition, behavior, or health
• communicate with clients, families, and the care team
• follow agency policies, documentation standards, and individualized care plans.
