What you'll do

• Lead the Edifecs application support organization and platform operations
• provide technical oversight, staffing coordination, and roadmap execution
• partner with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams
• guide architecture, modernization, cloud scalability, and performance
• configure and maintain Edifecs modules
• guide EDI analysts on processing rules, routing, and batch workflows
• troubleshoot mapping, validation, transaction, and performance issues
• support releases, refreshes, patching, and upgrades.
