What you'll do

• Ensure facility safety and security
• oversee implementation of clients’ schedules
• organize and monitor work activities
• monitor the Guard 1 system
• conduct employee conferences and performance evaluations and document them
• apply progressive discipline when needed
• develop employee professional development plans
• facilitate new employee orientation and schedule mandatory training
• conduct a full-facility headcount each night
• conduct scheduled fire drills during client sleeping hours
• support the organization’s mission and care principles
• demonstrate appropriate Safe Crisis Management techniques and skills.
