Logistics and Finishing Associate

Job overview

The Logistics and Finishing Associate role is onsite in Leslie, MI. Compensation is $15 per hour. The Wildlife Gallery’s finishing process prepares products to meet its quality standards before they are received by customers. The associate checks and ships outbound products, receives and logs inbound inventory, and assists the Finish Department as needed. The role contributes to product quality and customer delivery by completing inspection, shipping, receiving, and finishing tasks.

What you'll do

• Check and sort finished hides
• prepare shipments and shipping labels
• receive and log inbound orders
• box wet and dry tans
• create sales orders and item fulfillments
• oil and hang skins
• operate finishing equipment
• groom, clean, soften, stretch, and turn hides
• follow chemical safety information and safety programs.

Why this role

Standard weekly hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; shifts may vary. Voluntary overtime is occasionally available and mandatory overtime is sometimes required.
