What you'll do

• Own store operations, team, and performance
• lead 8–15 employees across shifts
• cover shifts as needed, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• perform frontline store duties
• coach, recruit, hire, and train team members
• manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• handle banking and deposits
• maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• control expenses and labor
• execute company programs.
