What you'll do

• Promote the community and apartments to prospective tenants
• communicate apartment benefits
• assist current residents
• manage telephone inquiries and objections
• support social media and apartment marketing
• coordinate community events
• work with prospective residents in person and virtually
• provide customer service to the 308-unit community
• handle cash and receipts
• learn and explain lease terms
• complete reports
• follow key-control procedures
• show vacant apartments and inspect grounds and facilities
• work evenings and weekends as required.
