What you'll do

• Develop and execute a scalable NextGen ministry strategy
• communicate biblical messages and provide engaging teaching

• recruit, train, and develop volunteer leaders
• track ministry metrics
• manage the ministry calendar and budget
• plan services, events, camps, and retreats
• select curriculum
• build relationships with students and parents
• collaborate across ministries and contribute to staff alignment.
