Epic Coding Analyst

What you'll do

• Analyze, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic coding applications and workflows
• collaborate with HIM, coding leadership, revenue cycle, clinical, and technical stakeholders
• support application build, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization
• troubleshoot workflow issues and system errors
• develop and execute unit, integrated, and user acceptance test plans
• recommend workflow improvements
• support coding workqueues, interfaces, data validation, and downstream revenue cycle integration
• document technical work and transfer knowledge
• participate in implementation readiness, go-live support, and stabilization as required.
