Working with the President, CEO, leadership team, and Board, the CFO strengthens forecasting, reporting, capital discipline, and decision-making as the business grows.

What you'll do

• Own the monthly close and finance function
• support the controller and finance team
• manage relationships and communications with banking partners, lenders, auditors, and the Board
• build bottom-up budgets and forecasts
• lead monthly actuals-versus-plan reviews
• evaluate investments and quantify risks and returns
• advise leadership on financial decisions
• run finance huddles and maintain the open-book scoreboard.
