What you'll do

• Look up client accounts in EPM and EHR systems
• answer clinic telephones with professional etiquette
• assist providers with referral and no-show follow-up
• help contractors obtain referrals or records for continuity of care
• schedule clinical and specialty services
• document activities in EHR and C3
• update client demographics
• support clinic drives as needed
• maintain returned-mail and referral records
• enter paper referrals and reports
• assist clinical teams with chart review and notify clinicians of emergencies
• track appointments
• prepare materials for providers
• assist with audits and reports
• and update PHI logs when referrals are processed.
