Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in the Novi, MI area. Pay is $15–$17 per hour. BrightStar Care of Novi provides home care for older adults. The caregiver supports clients with personal care and day-to-day needs, including hygiene, errands, mobility, and transportation to appointments or stores. The role follows the plan of care, documents observed changes, and communicates those changes to the Director of Nursing.

What you'll do

• Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
• assist with bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• assist with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care
• document observed changes for the Director of Nursing.
