What you'll do

• Provide onsite construction management and inspection coverage
• coordinate schedules, meetings, documentation, and communications with project stakeholders
• review design and construction documents
• monitor schedules, milestones, submittals, testing, commissioning, and closeout
• document inspections and track defects and corrective actions
• maintain project records
• review payment applications and cost information and provide recommendations
• monitor contractor compliance with safety, quality, security, and access requirements
• support commissioning and closeout.
