What you'll do

• Administer NetSuite transactions for receiving, shipping and fulfillment, inventory transfers, and adjustments
• assist with cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and conduct root-cause analyses
• coordinate with warehouse staff to align system procedures with physical workflows
• document and improve SOPs
• provide basic inventory and operational reports. NetSuite experience is preferred. English and Chinese bilingual proficiency is preferred
• Spanish is a decisive advantage.
