The Roofing/Siding Lead Technician role is onsite in Export, PA, and pays $25–$30 per hour. Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. serves Western Pennsylvania with home improvement work including windows, doors, siding, roofing, and bathroom remodeling. The lead technician oversees residential roofing and siding installations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. The role leads installation crews, coordinates subcontractors and materials, and communicates with customers throughout projects.

What you'll do

• Perform minor repairs and service calls
• oversee roofing and siding installations from start to finish
• ensure quality and safety standards
• lead and support installation crews
• inspect job sites
• communicate with customers
• maintain job reports, project updates, and inventory records
• retrieve and return excess materials
• pick up and deliver materials to job sites
• safely lift and carry materials exceeding 75 pounds.
