What you'll do

• Perform all modes of respiratory therapy in patients of varying ages and medical conditions.
• Therapy is performed in accordance with the standards of practice as defined by HCA Houston Medical Center.
• The Respiratory Care Practitioner works independently, utilizing a variety of sophisticated instruments and technology and demonstrates good judgment and decision making in the treatment and handling of the individual patient.
• The Lead RRT may oversee other staff and assist the department management as directed.
• Also, identifies opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and services on an on-going basis.
