The CNA provides one-on-one assistance under the client’s authorized individual care plan, supporting personal care and activities of daily living. The posting describes a flexible schedule of Monday–Friday, 2 p.m.–8 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., as well as block shifts of 8–12 hours per day.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one, client-centered in-home care under the authorized individual care plan.
• Duties may include bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, meal preparation and feeding, transfers and mobility, restroom use, communication assistance, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a hygienic residence.
