What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the modernization roadmap
• assess current processes, systems, readiness, and needs
• identify risks and decision points
• develop procurement strategies and materials including RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs
• evaluate vendor proposals and support negotiations
• coordinate stakeholders and facilitate executive decisions
• establish governance and reporting
• prepare briefings and recommendations
• develop project artifacts, business requirements, and future-state operating models.
