What you'll do

• Deliver structured orientation for medical assistants, clinical staff, and providers
• conduct onsite and virtual training for clinic openings
• develop training materials and job aids
• assess training needs with clinical and operations leaders
• facilitate mock clinics and hands-on skills training
• conduct chart audits and quality checks
• advise on EMR workflows and documentation
• track participation and competency validation
• support onboarding and quality initiatives
• travel to health center locations as needed, estimated at 50%–75%.
