What you'll do

• Handle workers’ compensation defense matters from initial filing through final resolution
• represent employers, insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and TPAs in litigation
• take and defend depositions
• appear before the WCAB for conferences, hearings, and trials
• develop case strategy and advise clients
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
