What you'll do

• Complete service requests in occupied and vacant apartments
• repair and install appliances
• perform drywall, tile, painting, and flooring repairs
• troubleshoot HVAC
• complete plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds and remove waste
• assist with masonry and sewer maintenance
• remove snow and ice as needed
• collaborate with contractors and team members
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
