What you'll do

• Analyze assessment records and valuation histories
• develop appeal strategies
• maintain appeal dockets and manage tax incentive classifications
• handle appeals for development, rehabilitation, and demolition projects
• participate in economic development incentive matters following training
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with county representatives
• draft and file complaints, briefs, and evidence
• and support Circuit Court tax objection cases.
