Clinical Resource Nurse

What you'll do

• Conduct onsite reviews of clinical operations, medical records, and staff performance
• collaborate on root-cause analysis and action plans
• educate facility staff on clinical and regulatory issues and policies
• guide and mentor Directors of Nursing
• identify quality-of-care issues
• validate DON competencies
• support staff training and DON orientation
• track and trend data for quality assurance and performance improvement
• provide infection prevention oversight
• assist with plans of correction
• support facility teams during CDPH annual and complaint visits
• maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
