What you'll do

• Complete 36–40 hours of classroom instruction and pass classroom tests with at least 80%
• complete 75 hours of supervised practicum in a long-term care facility
• demonstrate required skills and complete signed skill checklists
• maintain daily clinical sign-in records
• complete required background check, TB test, and physical before starting
• attend all classroom sessions.
