Community Manager, Manufactured Housing Communities is an onsite, full-time role managing communities in Provo, UT, and Springville, UT. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Investment Property Group owns and operates multifamily, manufactured-home, and RV communities and aims to maintain places residents are proud to call home.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day operations, staff, activities, and resources at two manufactured housing communities to meet financial and operational goals and comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Oversee leases, move-ins, rent collection, delinquent accounts, reporting, resident concerns, and staff hiring and development
• coordinate with residents, vendors, agencies, and law enforcement
• and uphold Fair Housing and equal-opportunity requirements. Requires 1+ years managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units and experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
