Operations Manager, Customer Operations

What you'll do

• Lead active customer engagements and monitor metrics, service commitments, reliability, safety, and quality
• hire, onboard, train, and manage operators
• develop shift patterns and staffing plans
• coach team members
• expand customer accounts while maintaining operating standards
• spend extended periods at customer locations
• and help establish a local operations base, including facilities, vendors, tooling, and daily routines.
