What you'll do

• Develop and manage events from customer lunches to multi-day trade shows
• create timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists
• coordinate setup, staffing, registration, and teardown
• manage booth registration, design, shipping, setup, and lead capture
• coordinate equipment displays
• partner with sales on event goals, invitations, and lead follow-up
• organize customer and employee events
• coordinate with safety
• manage vendors and event inventory
• measure event results and maintain the annual calendar
• assist with company merchandise, invitations, email, and social posts.
